Anand has also developed an scwcd mock exam - note: there is no back button (don't worry, there is in the real exam). Note that there are some errors in this mock exam and some things tested that are not in objectives.

My main source of preparation (notes and practice exams) was the SCWCD Exam Study Kit by Deshmukh, Malavia and Carter. Taking 38 minutes to complete the exam and obtaining 93%, I'd say that it was pretty good preparation. However, there is a new exam now and the second edition of this book does not seem to be quite up to the job so you may be better off checking Amazon for a better book. I also supplemented my reading with the actual j2ee api's (yes, they're still on 1.4 for j2ee) and web.xml element descriptions.
